<sub>Azeneth: Welcome, dearest guests, to our wonderful Arcanus Institutional Facility. As most of you know, at the beginning of each school semester, we would hold an Open House night such as tonight. Even though this is only my second year as headmistress here, I am glad to still be upholding this decade-old tradition. I hope you all have enjoyed the special welcoming act our staff members have put together earlier. I, myself, am still starstruck! *chuckles*

Anyway, I won't take too much of your time, for I know dinner awaits us all! I would just like to say welcome back to our returning students, and hello to our new ones. Same goes to our staff members, of course! Without all of you, we would not have achieved this moment in our lives, seeing AIF grow into something more than we already are. So here I inform you, dearest guests, of our new special program, where we specifically select certain individuals who are talented in specific areas and encourage them to better themselves and the institute at the same time.

These particular group of individuals will have special access to our new, official AIF dormitory. All of them have been placed in the fully-furnished rooms and are ready to start their new life here on AIF. I also would like to add that all their educational and accommodation needs are supported and sponsored by the government in full. For that, I would like to thank the Board of Education and especially, the Chairman himself, Mr William A. Sharp! *applauds for him*

Other than that, I look forward to another great year with all of you. Each and every one of you is a precious building block to success, so please remember that all of your efforts are greatly appreciated. We aren't known as one of the most highly-regarded schools there is for nothing, after all. *winks*
